Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy covers tours bought on zoveelia.com by PE zoveelia.com (EDRPOU 91779146).

2. Cancellation by the traveler

Email contact@zoveelia.com. Refunds on tour price:

• 30+ days: 100% less 5% admin fee.
• 15–29 days: 50%.
• 7–14 days: 25%.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

3. Cancellation by the operator

If we cancel (not force majeure), choose full refund or rebooking.

4. Refund procedure

Request via form below or contact@zoveelia.com. We pay within 14 days to original method.

5. Legal basis

This policy follows Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991, Article 4; Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-ВР of 15.09.1995, Article 5; Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Article 7; Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010, Article 11; and Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР of 03.07.1996, Article 5.
