05 Booking

Three steps from route map to travel documents

No call centre queue and no hidden stage. You see the full price, the group size and the paperwork before anything is confirmed.

    Choose the route you want to travel

    Compare the editorial route maps by duration, departure month and group size. The total price you see already includes taxes and every mandatory fee, so the figure at this stage is the figure you pay.

    What we need from you: a travel month and the number of travellers.

  2. 02

    Confirm dates and passengers

    We hold your seats while you check the departure date, hotel category and pick-up point. Groups stay at a maximum of 16 travellers, so changes are handled by a human on the same working day.

    What we need from you: full names as printed in the travel documents.

  3. 03

    Pay and receive your travel pack

    Pay by card or bank transfer and receive the pre-contractual information, the itinerary and the map pins for each stop. Your booking is covered by insolvency protection under the EU Package Travel Directive.

    What we need from you: nothing more. Documents arrive by email within one business day.

Yes. The total price includes all taxes and mandatory fees, and it is displayed before you enter any payment details. Optional extras such as airport transfers or a single room are listed separately, with their cost visible up front.

Every departure is capped at 16 travelers, and most run with 8 to 12. Small groups keep the pace flexible and let local expert guides answer questions while you are standing in front of the place itself.

Cancellations more than 30 days before departure are refunded in full minus a small administration fee. Between 29 and 15 days you receive 50 percent back, and inside 14 days the booking is non-refundable. Full tiers are set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Yes. We operate under the EU Package Travel Directive, with insolvency protection in place, and you receive pre-contractual information before any payment. Details are in our Package Travel Information page.

Solo travelers make up roughly a third of our guests. Choose the shared-room option and we match you with a traveler of the same gender at no supplement. A private room is available for a fixed, listed surcharge.
